By default, clubs receive accumulated membership dues annually on January 1st. However, during setup, you have the option to change this. If you want to change the payment schedule at a later date, here's how:
Step 1: Find the Financials Page
To access the financials page, sign in and then follow these steps:
Go to your club's page:
Quick Access:
Desktop/Laptop: Go to My Stuff > My Clubs.
Mobile: Click your initials or profile picture in the top right corner, then select My Clubs.
Search: Use Search Clubs and type in your club's name.
Click "Membership" on the left side
Choose "Manage club membership" then "Financials" above the membership list.
Step 2: Adjust the Payment Schedule
Once you are on the financials page, follow these steps to adjust the payment schedule:
Click "Payment Schedule" in the top right corner.
Select "Make changes" under the "Timing" section.
Pick your preferred payment frequency.
Note that each check sent to the club costs $3, so keep this in mind when selecting your payment frequency.
