The Judges’ book and Secretary report can be printed before or after your event. They are the same forms you receive in the mail from the AKC in your event packet, but we’ve filled in much of the data for you.
Please complete any missing information in your Judges' Book.
Some fields will be incomplete in the Secretary Report. Please complete those fields before sending to the AKC.
Be sure to EMAIL, MAIL, or FAX the signed CATALOG, JUDGES BOOK, EVENT SECRETARY REPORT and AKC FEES to the AKC after your trial is complete.
You can SCAN and EMAIL everything to [email protected]. If you don't feel comfortable including your credit card number on an emailed document, leave that field blank and, in your email, ask AKC to give you a call for a credit card number over the phone.
If you MAIL everything, we recommend making a copy of everything before mailing to the address listed at the bottom of the Event Secretary Report.
