Events that are not taking online entries through PerfDog are listed in our event database, but will not be listed on our home page. You can create and print an AKC entry form for a one of these events with all of your dog's data filled in for FREE!

You can generate a free entry form for events that are not taking online entries through PerfDog, but you are responsible for sending the entry form with a check to the event secretary. We do not save your forms.

1. Start by searching for an event from our home page or go straight here: PerfDog event search

2. Then click the "Create pre-filled entry form!" button in the Event status box.

3. You'll see a notice stating that the event secretary isn't using PerfDog to manage this event.

4. Following will be instructions to create, print, and mail your pre-filled entry forms.

5. Continue through the online steps to create, print, and mail your pre-filled entry forms.
