To accept online entries and unlock PerfDog's event management tools for your event, you'll need to upload your Premium List while setting up your event at PerfDog. Your event's Premium List needs to include two specific sections:
1. Entry Instructions:
Clearly state how participants can register: online at PerfDog or by mailing an entry form with a check (payable to PerfDog) to:
PerfDog, 539 W. Commerce St. #560, Dallas, Texas 75208
2. Fee Disclosure:
This section includes a fee disclosure that tells entrants that a processing fee is being charged. The specific wording for the fee disclosure depends on how you choose to handle PerfDog's processing fees. This disclosure is required by both the AKC and PerfDog.

Events Not Using PerfDog Online Software:
If you choose not to utilize PerfDog's online entry system, you can still upload your Premium List to your event page. The two sections mentioned above are not required in this scenario. You can simply upload your existing Premium List to your event page without enabling online entries through PerfDog. Upload your Premium List without taking online entries through PerfDog
