You will see the error message "Dog cannot be removed because you have at least one event entry for this dog" if:

1. You or someone else has, or had, at least one event entry for this dog at any time on PerfDog, or

2. You are listed as this dog's hander for any past PerfDog event entry.

This can also happen if entry options have been chosen for this dog on an entry screen and the transaction was subsequently not completed. The dog's entries have been saved in the system but have not been paid for. In this case, you may be able to resolve the issue yourself by going to your cart and choosing change or cancel under the entry details. Choosing change will take you to the registration wizard's Stakes page. Uncheck the boxes next to the stakes/levels for the dog. Continue to the Review page to make certain the dog's stake entries have been cleared from the system. This should fix the issue and allow you to remove the dog from My dogs.
