Cancellations of entries are eligible for refunds until the date and time chosen by the event administrator. This is also known as the refund deadline in PerfDog, and is typically the closing date and time for most events.

For events with only one closing date/time, the refund deadline is the date/time shown in the Entry closing date/time field in the Dates and deadlines section of Basic info in Setup.

For events with multiple closing dates, the refund deadline is the date that the event administrator selects from their event's multiple closing dates.
