The message you copied and pasted from another app might contain hidden characters causing errors. These can be extra spaces or other symbols you can't see.
To avoid issues:
Type directly: Type your message in the email window we provide to ensure compatibility.
Check for hidden characters: Pay close attention to fractions. Look for unusual dots and remove them. Replace any copied bullet points with the ones offered in our email window.
Troubleshooting tip: Access the email list so you can copy and paste into your preferred email app like Mail or Outlook. Click "See recipients" under "Who will you send to?".
