Test email is not working

If you've copied and pasted your message from another app, it may have carried characters over that can cause errors in our system. The easiest way to prevent this is to type your message in the box instead of copy/paste.

If it looks like you successfully sent the test email, check your junk or spam box. If it's not there, please contact [email protected] so that we can troubleshoot. Give us as much information as you can when you contact us. The text of the email you're attempting to send and a screenshot of the error message will be helpful.
