Most Event Secretaries utilize our easy to use Catalog for reporting results to the AKC or to their parent club. However, we also provide downloadable and printable labels for reporting results to parent clubs or to other organizations when you need to use a special form. (ABC is one parent club we are aware of)

The labels are located in Manage > Labels.

The downloadable PDF is meant to be printed on 1" x 4" labels (Avery 5261 or 8161). The labels contain select details of every dog entered and drawn. See the dog details in the image below.

While we recommend using our provided Catalog or Results feature, these labels can also be used for your event’s AKC Report paperwork for qualifying dogs (Hunt Test) or for dogs who receive a placement (Field Trial).
