PerfDog offers FREE websites for AKC Pointing Breed Clubs.
We also add a free website for any Club who uses PerfDog for an event or for Membership Management, no matter the Breed or type of dog-related club.
PerfDog's Club websites are especially helpful if your Club's website:
is lost or expired because it wasn't renewed
is in dire need of updating
can't be accessed for various reasons
is difficult to edit
is too expensive
requires more than one administrator
is too difficult to update with information about events
lacks membership applications & renewals capabilities
has no way to create and post newsletters
How to find your Club's website
Go to perfdog.com.
Choose Clubs in the top menu bar.
Type the name of the Club in the Search bar.
Click on the Club.
If you don't see your Club's name listed, contact us!
Two things we recommend when editing your free Club website at PerfDog
1. Save often
2. Choose and use an available content block template that is similar to the format you're looking for. This will cut down on your editing.
What Club officials will initially see
If another officer of your Club hasn't begun to edit your Club's home page and you're signed in with the same email address that AKC has recorded for you, you'll see this message at the top of the page:
This page is only an example! The Club did not create this content. If you’re a Club official, you can change this page for free by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
Get authorized to manage your club's site or membership
The following message appears at the bottom of the page. PerfDog requires verification that you are a Club officer or a Club representative:
Once you're authorized, you'll see this message at the bottom of the page:
You can now begin editing your Club's website!
Check who else is approved to edit your Club's website
