FAQ from event admins who are looking at using PerfDog for their next event.

What does PerfDog charge?

At this time, we only charge a processing fee per entry to the club. The club can choose to absorb that fee or pass it on to the entrants. Does PerfDog have a Random Drawing

Yes, we have a random drawing that you have complete control over. It starts out random when you click the randomize button and then you can move dogs around. We have a very detailed and very short video - take a look at them below.

How does PerfDog send clubs their money?

We mail a check and detailed report to the club treasurer within 3 days of the finalization of the event. We email the report to the event secretary for their records.

What do event admins need to do to begin?

We have moved to self-service software and you no longer need to fill out a form or contact us if you are a Pointing Breed Hunt Test or Field Trial Secretary or Chair. Go to Events in the top menu bar and search for your upcoming event. Then, claim it and complete its set up to begin taking entries through PerfDog. See our short video below.

Does PerfDog have a waiting list?

Yes, as long as you set your limits correctly, dogs will go to a waiting list THAT YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER.
