Here are a couple of common reasons why you may not have received your confirmation email:
It went to your spam or junk folder. Check there first.
You forgot (or accidentally added) a dot (.), underscore (_), dash (-), etc. in your email address and the confirmation email has bounced or gone to the wrong place. Please check the email you have in your profile. You can easily get to your information by selecting My profile from the initials or image you see in the upper right corner of the screen. If the email is incorrect, please change it and then save your new profile info. Remember that the new/saved email address is now your sign in email, too!
