For event organizers: Where to view unpaid entries for your event

You might see notices about unpaid entries at the top of your 'Quick Entries View' page. They will appear under "Event Payment Issues". These entries fall into two categories:

  • Admin Entries: These are entries/registrations that an administrator added to the event, perhaps for volunteers, or for someone who was unable to access or navigate the site.

  • Waiting List Entries: These are entries that an administrator let in immediately from the waiting list without a deadline.

You may have approved these entries manually ("I agree") during the process.

Here's what to do:

  • No action needed other than collecting the checks at the event: These notices will disappear once you finalize your event.

  • Online payment option: If entrants contact you and want to pay with a credit card, direct them to sign in to PerfDog and pay with a credit card at any time. Instructions are included in this article: How to pay outstanding entry fees

  • Pre-event reminders: PerfDog will automatically send email reminders to anyone with outstanding balances after your event closes, but before the event begins. These emails will provide clear instructions for online payment (credit card) at perfdog.com or bringing a check to the event.
