Remember: Mailing in your entry could potentially delay the registration process and may affect your chances of securing a spot in the event.
Prefer to send a paper entry form and check instead of paying online?
Here’s how:
Print and fill out the entry form for the event you want to enter. You can use the event's form with their Premium List or download and print a pre-filled form through the entry assistant. Start by clicking "Enter now" on the event's info page and pay by check during checkout.
Enclose your check made payable to PerfDog.
Mail your entry form and check to: PerfDog 539 W. Commerce St. #560 Dallas, TX 75208
What happens next?
PerfDog will immediately deposit your check.
Your dogs will be automatically entered into the event listed on your entry form.
You’ll receive confirmation emails with details about your entries.
Important to know:
Entry fees are the same whether you pay online or by mail.
If you or an event administrator cancels your entry, you have two options:
Keep a PerfDog site credit.
Request a refund check. Please note there's a $3 fee for refund checks.
If your entry is placed on a waiting list, your check amount is applied as a credit to your account.
If the event administrator subsequently allows your waiting list entries into the event, your account credit is applied as payment to the allowed waiting list entries.
If any account credit remains, you may retain the credit at PerfDog and use the credit for future entries or request a refund (with the $3 fee).
If you owe a balance due to sending less funds than owed for entries, you will be asked to pay the balance online at PerfDog, or by bringing a check to the event.
