Do you have a standardized renewal date for all club members (e.g., December 31 or July 31) or does each member have an individual renewal date? You can choose what works best for your club when setting up your membership options.
1. Choose a standardized expiration date for all members. We provide a 3 month post-expiration renewal period (similar to a grace period). If someone renews in that time frame, PerfDog will record them as renewed.
PerfDog does not support pro-rated fees.
2. Choose individual renewal dates. For example, if Matt Dillon applies for membership in your club on April 20, 2022, his membership will be due for renewal on April 20, 2023.
