Club members can easily renew their membership as long as they sign in to PerfDog with the same email address that's on file with PerfDog. From the home page, they can choose My clubs in the top menu bar at perfdog.com.

Clicking My clubs will show them a list of Clubs they've joined. They can click on a club, then choose Membership in the left menu bar. On the Membership page, they'll see their membership status info.
