To accept online entries and unlock PerfDog's event management tools for your event, you'll need to upload your Premium List when setting up your event at PerfDog. Your event's Premium List needs two specific sections:
1. Entry Instructions:
Clearly state how participants can register: online at PerfDog or by mailing an entry form with a check (payable to PerfDog) to:
PerfDog, 539 W. Commerce St. #560, Dallas, Texas 75208
As water trials are not AKC events and have different requirements, if you do not want to accept checks, you may exclude the section about mailing entries with checks and PerfDog's address from your Premium List. You will have the opportunity to override the requirement after uploading your premium.
2. Fee Disclosure:
This section includes a fee disclosure that tells entrants that a processing fee is being charged. The specific wording for the fee disclosure depends on how you choose to handle PerfDog's processing fees. See the specific disclosures here: Premium Language
Additionally, you must incorporate the PerfDog Processing Fees into your entry fees and into any fees you charge for camping, meals, etc. We also recommend you include them in all published entry fees for your event:
