This message appears when there are missing details needed to open your event for registration.

What to Do:

  1. Identify Missing Information: As an event admin, click "Setup" on your event page. Then, within the setup instructions, find the "Requirements" link. Clicking this link will display a list of all the missing information needed to open your event.

2. Complete Missing Fields: The list may include:

  • Premium List or Flyer: Ensure you have uploaded the Premium or Flyer outlining event details and entry rules. Under the "Setup" section, choose the "Premium" or "Flyer" button.

  • Stakes or Levels: Specify stakes or levels offered in your event. Under the "Setup" section, choose "Stakes" or "Levels".

  • Entry Fees: Set the entry fees under "Setup" -> "Stakes" (or "Levels").

  • Event Details: Navigate to "Setup" -> "Basics" and make sure you've filled in:

    • Venue: Enter the event location.

    • AKC Event Number: Include the assigned event number from the American Kennel Club (AKC) if applicable.

    • AKC Approvals: Ensure both "AKC Event Approval Status" and "AKC Judge Panel Approval Status" are marked as "APPROVED."

    • Event Dates & Times: Set the event opening date and time for registration.

Once you've completed all required fields, your event should be ready to accept entries!
