Already have an account at PerfDog and forgot your password?
Here's how to get back into your account in just a few steps:
Head to the PerfDog sign in screen. It's where you usually enter your email and password.
Look for a link that says "I forgot my password". This link is below the password field.
Request password reset: Enter the email address you usually sign into PerfDog with. Then click the "Email password reset link" button.
Check your email inbox. PerfDog will send you an email with a special link to reset your password. This email might take a few minutes to arrive, so be patient!
Open the PerfDog "Reset your password" email. Inside the email, you'll find a button or link that says "Reset your password ->." Click on that button.
Set your new password. You'll be taken to a PerfDog webpage where you can create a new password for your account. Make sure it's a strong password you don't use for other websites.
Click "Set new password" (or something similar). This confirms your new password and logs you back into PerfDog.
Having trouble? Here are some things to keep in mind:
Check your spam folder. Sometimes the password reset email might end up in your spam folder.
Did you sign up with Facebook or Google? If you used Facebook or Google to create your PerfDog account, you won't be able to reset your password this way. Instead, try logging in with Facebook or Google again.
