We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancelling your event. Here's how to handle it in PerfDog, (if nobody's registered yet).
If you see only a "Setup" button on your event page, you don't need to take any further action within PerfDog. Simply contact us at [email protected] to let us know you need to cancel the event.
2. If you see "Setup," "Manage," and "Report" buttons on your event page, follow these steps:
Click the "Manage" button.
Click "Close event." This will prevent further entries.
Send a quick email to us at [email protected] to inform us that your event will not be accepting online entries on PerfDog.
