If you've entered multiple dogs in an event and need to cancel entries for only one, follow these steps:
Go to the event:
Desktop: Click "My stuff," then "My entries" in the top menu bar
Mobile: Click your initials or image in top right, then choose "My entries"
Email: Follow the link provided in the entry confirmation email from PerfDog.
Click the event and scroll down to the "My entry or extras" box.
Click the "Add or change entries" link
Click the trash can next to the dog you want to cancel.
Continue clicking Next until you see a confirmation message.

Click on "My activities" in the dropdown.
3. Click "Add or change entries"
Click on "Add or change entries" in the My entry and extras box.
4. Click the trash can next to the dog you want to cancel.
5. Click "Yes, remove"
6. Click to receive your refund amount
Click the blue button to continue
7. Click "I agree and want to proceed"
Click on "I agree and want to proceed" after reviewing the policies and notices.
8. Choose your preferred method of refund
9. And, you're done
Once you reach the confirmation page, your transaction is complete. Check your inbox for your confirmation emails.

11. Scroll down the home page, find the event and click "Enter now!"
12. Click "Add or change entries"
