Need to cancel an entry? No problem! Here's how to do it in PerfDog:
Important: You must be signed in to your PerfDog account to cancel entries.
Three Ways to Cancel:
1. Cancellation Link in Confirmation Email:
Look for the confirmation email you received after registering for the event.
The email will include a link to your transaction page. Click this link.
On the transaction page, you'll see your entry details with options to edit, change, or cancel it.
2. Cancel from Event Information Page:
Go to the event's information page.
Look for the "My entry details" box. It will list your entries and provide links to manage them.
Click the "cancel" link next to the specific entry you want to remove.
3. Cancel All Entries in an Event:
Go to the top menu bar and click "My Stuff."
In the dropdown menu, select "My Activities."
Choose the event from the list.
To cancel all your entries for this event, simply click the trash can icon next to the event name.

Refunds:
Wondering about refunds? Each event has its own specific refund policy. Note that many events will not provide a refund after the closing or deadline date has passed.
To find the refund policy for the event:
Go to the event's information page.
Scroll down to the bottom and look for the "Premium List."
Click on the image of the Premium List to view the full document.
The refund policy will be outlined within the Premium List.
