Need to cancel an entry or registration? No problem! Here's how to do it in PerfDog:

Important: You must be signed in to your PerfDog account to cancel entries.

Three Ways to Cancel:

You can cancel or pull your dog from an event by following a link in email, accessing your entries on the Event's Page in PerfDog, or clicking "My Entries" in the top menu.

1. Cancellation Link in Confirmation Email:

  • Look for the confirmation email you received after registering for the event.

  • The email will include a link to your transaction page. Click this link.

  • On the transaction page, you'll see your entry details with options to edit, change, or cancel it.

2. Cancel from Event Information Page:

  • Go to the event's information page.

  • Look for the "My entry details" box. It will list your entries and provide links to add, change, or cancel them.

  • Click the "cancel" link next to the specific entry you want to remove.

  • Uncheck specific entries or click trash cans next to entered dogs. There are several ways to cancel entries.

  • Continue through the subsequent screens until you see a confirmation message.

3. Cancel All Entries in an Event:

  • Go to "My Entries."

    • Mobile: Click your initials (or image) in the upper right, then "My Entries"

    • Desktop: Go to the top menu bar and click "My Stuff", then "My Entries"

  • Choose the event from the list.

  • To cancel everything in this event, simply click the trash can icon next to the event name. Then go through the subsequent screens until you see a confirmation message.

Refunds:

Wondering about refunds? While PerfDog's system does not provide refunds after the event closes, some clubs may choose to give refunds to people if the circumstances meet their criteria for refunds. Please contact the event secretary or organizer directly in special circumstances after the close.

To find the refund policy for the event:

  1. Go to the event's information page.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom and look for the "Premium List" or "Flyer"

  3. Click on the image of the document to view the full document.

The refund policy will be outlined within the Premium List or Flyer, but feel free to contact the event organizers if you have questions.
