Click My stuff, then My activities in the top menu bar after signing in. Find the event you want to cancel. Then click the trash can next to the event. Follow the instructions over several screens until you get a confirmation message. This cancels all entries in the event.

1. Click "My stuff"
Go to "My stuff" in the top menu.
2. Click "My activities"
Select "My activities" in the dropdown.
3. Find the event in the list and click the trash can

4. Click "Yes, cancel"
Click "Yes, cancel"
5. You can see details of items in your cart by clicking "Show details"
You can see details of your cart contents by clicking "Show details"
6. Click the blue button to continue
Click the blue button to continue
7. Click "I agree and want to proceed"
Agree to the terms and proceed with the cancellation.
8. Select the preferred method of refund
Select the preferred method of refund and your next screen will show your confirmed transaction. Check your email inbox for confirmation messages.
