Clear & Enticing Headline: Capture attention with a clear headline that highlights your event (e.g., "Master Rattlesnake Avoidance" or "Join the Fun! Club Fun Day").
Event Details: Include key information like date, time, location, and target audience.
Eye-Catching Visuals: Use relevant images to attract attention and visually represent your event.
Registration Information:
Pricing: Make registration fees clear. You can choose to:
Absorb the PerfDog processing fee (learn more below).
Increase your registration fee by the processing fee amount.
Round up your registration fee to the nearest $5.
Registration Link: Include PerfDog's website link (perfdog.com) so people can easily register. PerfDog automatically processes registrations and payments.
Heads Up About Flyers:
Flyers don't require PerfDog's Premium List wording.
You might encounter a "Rejected" error message mentioning missing PerfDog language. If this happens, you'll see an OVERRIDE option.
For now, please go ahead and OVERRIDE the error. We're working on a fix, and soon flyers won't trigger this message.
Understanding PerfDog's Processing Fee
PerfDog charges a non-refundable processing fee per registration or extra (food, parking, etc.) to the club. The processing fee is deducted from the club's final proceeds for each registration or extra.
Tips for Handling the Processing Fee:
Some clubs leave their registration fees as is and absorb the Processing Fee. Many clubs increase their registration fees by the amount of the processing fee OR round their registration fee up to the next $5.
If you choose not to absorb the processing fee, we recommend including the fee in your registration fees and publishing the same fee everywhere, which avoids confusion for everyone

Upload your flyer during event setup on PerfDog.
Need to replace an uploaded flyer? No problem! Simply go to your event page, scroll to the "Flyer" section at the bottom, and upload your new flyer.
