Event Finalizer

Once your event is finished, finalize it to get paid. See a video and step-by-step instructions below.

Event finalization - Get paid

1. Find your event and click "Event is finished"

2. Click "Get paid!" from the event page

3. Click "Get started!" after reading the Overview

4. If you had any changes to entries during the event, click the links to make the changes

5. Then, click "Next: Payment"

6. If the information on this screen is incorrect, click "Make changes"

7. When done, click "Next: Financials"

8. Review and confirm that the financials are correct after downloading the Excel file

9. Click "Next: Review"

10. Review and click the checkboxes

11. Click "Finalize event". Note that this cannot be reversed.

12. Read the pop-up and type "I AGREE" to continue

14. Click "Close window" when finished
