This guide will walk you through setting up Extras so that you can obtain completed Participation Agreements from Substitute Stewards.

6. In the Name field, type "Substitute Steward Participation Agreement"

7. Set the "Status" to "Ready for purchase" and leave the Price at "$0."

8. In the Description field, type "I agree to abide by the Participation Agreement for this event, found in "Documents" on PerfDog".

9. In the instructions field, type: "In the "Documents" section of PerfDog, click on the box at the bottom of the Participation Agreement, indicating that you have read and agree to the terms."

14. The substitute steward should place 1 in their cart by clicking the + button or by typing "1." Then, click "Next: Documents."

15. The "Documents" page will contain the Participation Agreement you uploaded and a box for entrants to check stating they have read and agree to the terms.

16. Their "entry" will look like this. Their transaction will be complete once they reach the confirmation screen. Admins can find a list of Substitute Steward PA's under "Report" > "Extras Report."
