PerfDog can help you manage your club's membership, including automatically sending out renewal emails and taking payments. We also streamline your new member application process.
Now you, your fellow officers, the club's board of directors, and other admins can easily see who has renewed and who hasn't, view and update member contact information and interests, send email to your members, and more through PerfDog!
You can also hold online elections for officers and directors (make sure your State Law allows this and your club bylaws have been updated), easily create and send newsletters to your members, and more.
Similar to what we do with events, we charge a processing fee when someone applies to become a new club member or renews their membership. Rates are based on your membership fees and are built in to the price that members see when they choose a membership option.
For example, a $40 annual membership fee would have a $3 processing fee. Members would pay $43.

To sign up with PerfDog for Membership Management:
From the PerfDog home page, select Clubs in the top menu bar. Then search for your club and choose it from the list.
If you're an officer or board member of your club and these records are correct at the AKC, you'll be able to edit your club's website and access Membership Management once you verify your email.
Then, from your Club's home web page, choose Membership.
If you're a Club administrator, you'll be able to view details about Membership Management if you click Tell me more!
