You can turn a website credit into a refund by either clicking the link in your email, or by signing in to the website and clicking the cart icon in the upper right of any page. Watch a video or follow the instructions below.

Instructions
1. First, make sure you're signed in. You'll either see your initials or an image in the top right if you are.
2. If you have a credit, your cart will contain a plus sign. Click it to continue.
3. Click "Click to receive"
4. Read the contact policy, then click "I agree and want to proceed"
5. The options on this page will depend on how you originally paid for your entries. Choose your preferred refund option. Checks have a processing and mailing fee.
6. If your address isn't valid with the USPS, you'll be prompted to edit it.
7. Your transaction is complete when you see this message. Check your email for confirmations.
