If you paid entry fees or other items with a check, options available during cancellation are:
Keep a PerfDog site credit or
Ask PerfDog to send you a refund in the form of a check
Refund checks will be mailed within 5 business days.
The amount of all refund checks will be reduced by $3 to cover processing, printing, and mailing fees.
If an administrator cancels your entry or other items on your behalf, you may have a credit in your account and may need to convert it to a check refund. See how to do it from your confirmation email or while signed into the site:
If your refund is for $3 or less, you will be given a PerfDog credit. Credits can be used for any future entries or other items and do not expire.
