Managing entries after waiting list allowance

Details on how event administrators can handle entries after allowing them from the waiting list

Read how you can manage entries after accepting them from the waiting list:

Confirmed Entries (Paid by Entrant):

  • These entries cannot be reversed.

  • You can cancel the entry and re-enter the dog into the event or waiting list.

  • These entries will appear in the "Quick Entries View" under "Reports"

Confirmed Entries (Paying by Check):

  • These entries are confirmed and cannot be reversed.

  • You need to cancel the entry and re-enter the dog into the event or waiting list.

  • These entries will appear in the "Quick Entries View" under "Reports"

Unconfirmed Entries (Not Paid):

  • If a deadline was given but not yet met, you can use the "Put back" button to return the entry to the waiting list.

  • Unconfirmed entries appear in the "Allowed entries" section under "Manage" > "Manage Waiting List" (see image below).

Remember, confirmed entries (those paid by credit card or ones you gave permission to bring a check) cannot be reversed. However, you can cancel and re-enter the dog in the event/waiting list if needed. Unconfirmed entries can be returned to the waiting list using the "Put back" button.
