Allow your club's members to vote online for club officers and new members!
Choose Add election vote, or survey
Choose the name of your survey and complete the following:
Description
Whether or not you want responses to be Anonymous
Whether or not you want Results to be shared
Open Date/Time
Close Date/Time
Time Zone
Choose the Participants.
Choose how many reminder emails you want to send.
If you want to allow voters to skip a question, click the box next to Allow abstain.
Then Choose whether you want to create an election for Club Officers or to vote for a new member.
Choosing the big blue button, Quick election, creates an election form that includes all of your current officers. You can edit it if you have some changes in your slate.
To change a candidate or add a candidate, first add the candidate and then delete the candidate who isn't running for the position.
You can add questions and also preview your survey/ballot.
Finally, click the button Next: Review to review your survey and after making sure it's all correct, click Save.
Emails will be sent to members on the dates and times you chose.
To see results after voting closes, click on the Election name in the table.
