Admins: see how to reopen your event

Updated over a week ago

There are times you might need to reopen an event for registration after it has closed. This could be to allow more participants or other reasons. Reopening a closed event is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps - - as long as the event hasn't started.

Special Access for Specific People?

If you only want to allow a select few people to register after closing the event, you can use PerfDog's "special access" feature. This is a great option for those you want to invite for late registration.

For instructions on setting up "special access," check out our help article: Allow specific people to register early/late
